- Implement the Cost Center Budget Monitoring Management solution, with the functionality of movement, supplementation and budget restitution.
- Enabling periodic monitoring of the budget, and guiding proactive decisions and decisions.

Reason
Control the special billing process at resellers so that it is possible to decentralize billing and make processes as flexible as possible, without losing control of the necessary documentation.
Scope
- Create a billing and financial release control process, verifying the requirement of documents according to a parameter pre-defined by the business area.
- Create special billing blocking rule (without documentation) if the order quantity and deadline are expired.
- Build a warning screen for managers and record a log that managers will see this screen.
- Build list for administrative assistant to act in the correction of missing documents.
